Dear Nicole,
Thank you again for being our day of wedding coordinator. It is incomprehensible how we would have managed without you. During the initial planning of our wedding it seemed like we could do everything ourselves, but as the big day got closer and things were not exactly falling into place, it became clear that we needed help.
Perhaps one of the biggest challenges was how indecisive we could be. We never felt pressured around you and always felt that you were guiding us in the right direction. For instance, the notion of a time line had never entered our heads and we are quite grateful that you fleshed one out with us. It gave us a good sense of what we did and did not want to happen.
Everything went very smoothly and our guests have had only good things to say about our ceremony and reception. You were really instrumental in turning what was sure to be a good day for us, into a great day for everyone.
