My Dear Nicole,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the outstanding work you did to assist us in creating a splendid wedding for my daughter Laura and her husband Brian.
You were there for us in every detail, through every crisis, and your resources for connections to vendors were invaluable.
Though it all, your kindness and warmth made the process of planning the wedding very enjoyable. We felt that you were our friend and ally all along the way.
Particularly at the end when the Band failed to show up on time, you handled the anxiety and the management without even telling us about the problem. You found the Band and solved the crisis --- and we were obliviously joyful!
I hate to think about the stress you must have felt but we never even knew until days after the wedding!
Anyone who works with you to plan and carry out a wedding is very, very lucky.
